Order Details

So, you’ve decided you want an imp of your very own? Then you need to know a few things first.

  • They are hand made to order. We don’t keep stock lying about presently, so it won’t be shipped immediately on ordering.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on how popular they are, orders will be shipped in order with first come first served being the main rule.
  • Payment will be required upon ordering, not when you receive the product.
  • NO HAGGLING. If you want your imp you will pay the posted price. Attempts to haggle will result in both your order attempt being ignored AND your email being blocked to prevent further attempts due to your choice to disrespect the creator.
  • If you choose to cancel your order a refund cannot be guaranteed unless your order has not been started. If you do change your mind it is suggested you inquire as to the state of completion before cancelling.
  • Any inquiries about your imp (post-order) should have the subject line: IMP UPDATE, alongside your name and order details in the body of the message.
  • Harassing the creator won’t bump you up the order list, more than 3 order update requests within a week will result in your order being cancelled without the possibility of a refund.

To order your fuzzy little monster send an email to heidistokes_ormesby@live.com with the subject line IMP ORDER with the relevant postage address. (Failure to use this as the subject line will result in your order being ignored.)

Please state when ordering:

  • If you would like horns the same size as the ones on the model, or would like either bigger or smaller.
  • If you want a male or female imp mane. If you don’t specify, it will be randomly assigned. (Males have manes more like beards/chest hair, female manes are more like scarves.)

No further customisation options are available.

Price will be stated upon response to your initial request, but will generally be at £15 or higher.
